Honored and proud to present in Allwinestories Network Vinofed, the World Federation of Major International Wine and Spirits Competitions and currently brings together 18 Major Competitions.
With its observer status of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV), VINOFED collaborates in the development and revision of the OIV Standard for International Wine and Spirits Competitions and the guidelines for the granting of OIV patronages. VINOFED audits each Major Competition to rigorous standards.
The aim is to ensure absolute credibility for the results of the VINOFED Member Competitions and to guarantee the authenticity and high quality of the award-winning wines and spirits and to give them the right to bear the VINOFED label.
VINOFED thus gives producers the assurance that their products have been appreciated according to well-defined rules by competent international tasters. It strengthens consumer confidence by guaranteeing the quality of award-winning products.

Engineer graduated from The Polytechnic University of Slovakia, Bratislava, WSET Diploma (Level 4). Consultant oenologist, expert in sensory analysis, wine taster. Official presentations and promotion of Slovak and international wines, organization of the participation of Slovak wines in international competitions. Executive Director of the Danube International Wine Challenge, 'RONA Brand Ambassador' - ambassador of the RONA 5 star glass brand - wine glasses.
Diploma of Oenologist at the University of Burgundy. International expert in Champagne and sparkling wines. Technical Director 'Cellar Master' of Maison Pommery for more than 25 years. Director of the Vranken-Pommery Group for more than 10 years. Currently, he holds the title of "International Winemaker" by the Vranken-Pommery Group. In addition, he owns a wine consulting company. Member of the Board of Directors of the Union des Œnologues de France, of which he was President from 2004 to 2010. He is currently director of the international competitions of the Union des Œnologues de France.
President of Catad'Or World Wine Awards and CEO of Catad'Or Group. He graduated in wines from the Catholic University of Chile. Co-author of the Latin American Wine Guide with Alistair Cooper MW. Is a recognized expert and international advisor in wine marketing. He currently advises the Chilean Ministry of Agriculture and CORFO, Chile's economic development agency. He has written for the newspaper El Mostrador, the magazines Placeres and Gentes, and in international media such as the journal of the Union of Oenologists of France.
Oenologist, international wine judge, vice-president of the VINOFED
Diploma of Oenologist at the University of Toulouse. Based in Switzerland, she works as a wine consultant, freelance journalist and then for the VINEA association in charge of organizing its tasting competitions: Mondial des Pinots, Mondial du Merlot & Assemblages, both members of VINOFED, Grand Prix du Vin Suisse and Taste of Zermatt. In 2018 she was appointed Technical Director of VINEA, which currently organizes 4 competitions and collaborates in 6 customer competitions in Switzerland, France, Italy and Canada for a total of about 12,000 wines per year. In addition, it organizes events to promote Swiss wines (fairs, exhibitions) as well as training to enable experienced wine lovers to become jurors of its competitions.
