Francesco Bonfio, president of Aepi, underlined how the category of wine shops has "proved to be very lively, ready for new challenges, aware of its abilities. Congratulations to those who won, it is a competition and a candidate wins. It is a law of life. But the three finalists for each category were all excellent professionals, who explained to the jury what it means to be an enotecario. And I like to think that the winner is a "primus inter pares", who stood out with the winning flash".
