Patistis Wines is a small, organic winery based in Argalasti, on the southern slopes of Mount Pelion in Thessaly. Surrounded by olive groves and fruit orchards, the vineyards sit at 300–400 meters altitude and benefit from mountain breezes and sea influence, creating ideal conditions for fresh, expressive wines.

Farming is certified organic and regenerative, with minimal soil disturbance and natural plant-based treatments. All vineyard work is done by hand, including selective harvesting. In the cellar, winemaking is minimal-intervention: native yeasts, low or no sulfites, no filtration, and techniques like skin contact and lees aging to enhance texture and character.

The winery focuses on indigenous Greek varieties such as XinomavroRoditisAssyrtiko, and Limniona, producing wines that are vibrant, honest, and deeply rooted in the unique landscape of Pelion
