The Peloponnese Wine Festival, a well-established annual institution for the Greek wine community, returns on Monday, January 19, 2026, at Aegli Zappeiou, from 13:00 to 21:00. Once again, the spotlight turns to the dynamic producers of the Peloponnese, its historic wine zones, and the wines that express Greece’s largest and most emblematic vineyard.

Breaking all previous records, this year’s edition brings together 55 wineries, offering visitors a unique opportunity to explore the region’s diversity, its modern winemaking identity, and the inexhaustible energy of Peloponnesian wine.

Visitors will taste wines from the hallmark varieties of the region — Agiorgitiko, Moschofilero, Roditis, Mavrodaphne, Kidonitsa — presented in styles that blend deep tradition with contemporary creativity. A strong presence of the new generation of winemakers brings fresh aesthetics, new ideas, and innovative approaches. Several producers will also be making their debut appearance, offering an “in real time” snapshot of today’s Peloponnese wine scene.

Parallel Feature – Unfolding the Value: A Selection Under €12

This year’s thematic focus highlights a curated selection of wines with a retail price up to €12, showcasing the strength of the Peloponnese even in the most accessible segment of the market. These are wines with exceptional value, marked by character, balance, and an authentic expression of terroir — a celebration of the region’s uncomplicated, everyday, and joyful side.

A festival that blends the familiar with the unexpected, offering the most complete and up-to-date picture of Peloponnese wine — today.
