It has become a tradition and this year is no exception to the rule, the btS technical-commercial class in wines and spirits of the Lycée viticole d e Rouffach opens its doors for the 33rd edition of the Salon des Vins on the theme Rock & Wine which will take place on November 20 and 21, 2021 from 10am to 6pm.

This show aims to highlight the productions of the French wine-making lycées. Visitors will be able to taste 70 references in wines, beers and spirits. Each room will offer the tasting of local products from the four corners of France: gingerbread, foie gras from Kathia (Réguisheim), honeys, cheeses from the Poligny high school (Jura), oysters from the Lycée Bourcefranc, olive oil from Domaine Fattoria Di Caspri (Italy-Tuscany), smoked trout, organic products from the Judenmatt and the Pflixbourg garden.

The Confrérie Saint-Etienne will hold a tasting stand of old vintages from the oenothèque of the Domaine de l'Ecole de Rouffach and the oenothèque of the Confrérie Saint-Etienne for this weekend of festivities.
For gourmets who wish to eat on site (on reservation) Saturday and Sunday lunchtime, a menu will be offered by the caterer Dujardin de Fergersheim. Visitors will be able to enjoy a gourmet meal with food and wine pairings carefully selected by the students, a menu offered at 38 € (meal and entrance included).
The 33rd Salon des Vins will take place on 20 and 21 November 2021 from 10am to 6pm, the entrance fee is €9 and it includes a tasting glass.
