Giovanni Mantovani(DG): Great investments for the incoming FIERAGRICOLA and VINITALY. Now forward with Confidence

"The decree-law approved yesterday evening by the Council of Ministers allows us to look with optimism at the next international events on our calendar, starting with Fieragricola and Vinitaly, confirmed respectively from 2 to 5 March and 10 to 13 April. In fact, the recognition of the vaccine status of the country of origin, supplemented by the buffer in case of discrepancy with the Italian one, reopens the doors to thousands of foreign buyers and professionals who every year choose the supply chains of Made in Italy represented by Veronafiere and, at the same time, safeguards the business of our exhibiting companies. For both events, Veronafiere, in collaboration with Ice-Agenzia, has made significant promotional and incoming investments in the target areas indicated by the Government. Now we can look forward to acting with more confidence on those markets".
These are the words of the Director General of Veronafiere, Giovanni Mantovani, commenting favourably on the Covid decree passed yesterday evening that allows non-EU operators immunised with non-Ema vaccines safe access to Italian exhibitions and related services.
