A Record-Setting Competition

This year, the competition received 1,300 samples from 17 countries, which were evaluated by 80 international experts under the strict guidelines of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV). The evaluation was overseen by OIV observers Thierry Gasco and VINOFED's Fernando Gurucharri.

Italy was the guest of honor this year, and the results were announced at the traditional awards ceremony held on November 23. The ceremony was followed by a tasting of the winning products.
